We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Build Your Home Brand Kit. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You don't need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or email us at thenamedhome@gmail.com and we'll arrange it for you.

How long it takes

Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually takes a few business days to show the credit.
